Ways to enjoy it.

Pour it over ice, dress it up for the porch, or build a proper cocktail. Here is how we like to drink it around here.

Our ready-to-drink bottles are made to sip straight, and the mixers are the honest base of a good cocktail. A gentle heads up: the mixers are non-alcoholic on their own. The spirits below are yours to add, and always to your taste.

Bluff City Blend

Arnold Palmer, Bottled

Half sweet tea, half lemonade, already blended for you. Shake, pour over a mason jar of ice, and add a lemon wheel. That is the whole recipe, and that is the point.

Serving tip: shake well before every pour and keep them refrigerated after opening. Simple drinks reward a little care.

Margarita Mix bottle
Made with Margarita Mix

The Classic Margarita

Our Margarita Mix does the lime and the sweetening the clean way, so all you bring is the tequila and the salt rim. About ten calories in the mix, and none of the sugar crash.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Brewer's Junction Margarita Mix
  • 2 oz blanco tequila
  • Optional 0.5 oz orange liqueur, for a little more depth
  • Ice
  • Coarse salt and a lime wedge, for the rim

Steps

  1. Run the lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip the rim in coarse salt.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice. Add the Margarita Mix, tequila, and orange liqueur if you are using it.
  3. Shake hard for about fifteen seconds, until the shaker frosts over.
  4. Fill the salted glass with fresh ice and strain the margarita over the top.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve cold.

Non-alcoholic note: the Margarita Mix is a non-alcoholic mixer on its own. Leave out the tequila for a bright, low-calorie limeade over ice.

Made with Sweet & Sour Blend

The Whiskey Sour

Half lemon, half lime, our Sweet & Sour Blend is the sour half already done for you. Add bourbon and you have a balanced, old-fashioned cocktail without the spoonfuls of sugar.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Brewer's Junction Sweet & Sour Blend
  • 2 oz bourbon or rye whiskey
  • Optional one egg white, for a silky foam
  • Ice
  • Orange slice and a cherry, to garnish

Steps

  1. Add the Sweet & Sour Blend and whiskey to a shaker.
  2. If you want the classic foam, add the egg white and dry shake with no ice for ten seconds first.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, or into a coupe for the foam version.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Non-alcoholic note: the Sweet & Sour Blend is a non-alcoholic mixer on its own. Skip the whiskey and top with soda water for a tart, easy sour.

Made with Sweet & Sour Blend

The Daiquiri

Three ingredients, done right. Our Sweet & Sour Blend stands in for the lime and simple syrup, so a good daiquiri is really just rum, ice, and a hard shake.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz Brewer's Junction Sweet & Sour Blend
  • 2 oz white rum
  • Ice
  • Lime wheel, to garnish

Steps

  1. Chill a coupe glass in the freezer while you build the drink.
  2. Add the Sweet & Sour Blend and white rum to an ice-filled shaker.
  3. Shake hard for about fifteen seconds, until the tin is frosted.
  4. Double strain into the chilled coupe so it pours clean.
  5. Float a lime wheel on top and serve right away.

Non-alcoholic note: the Sweet & Sour Blend is a non-alcoholic mixer on its own. Shake it with ice and a splash of sparkling water for a zero-proof cooler.

A Friendly Reminder

We’ve got the skinny on skinny.

The mixers are the base, the spirit is yours.

Our Margarita Mix and Sweet & Sour Blend are non-alcoholic on their own. Add what you like, or leave it out and enjoy them straight over ice.
