Half lemon juice, half lime juice, and the balance that makes a cocktail sing. This is the clean base bartenders reach for, pulled straight from the fridge. On its own it is non-alcoholic and all natural, sweetened only with our blend of three natural sweeteners, so the round of drinks does not come with a sugar hangover.

The base every good cocktail starts from.
A proper sweet and sour is the backbone of the bar, and most bottled versions bury it under corn syrup and a list of things you cannot pronounce. Ours does not. Brewer's Junction Sweet & Sour Blend is half real lemon juice and half real lime juice, balanced with our proprietary blend of erythritol, agave nectar, and stevia. You get that bright, mouthwatering tang without the sugar load a classic mix pours into every glass.
Poured over ice it is a crisp non-alcoholic cooler on its own. Add a measure of your spirit and it becomes the whiskey sour, the margarita, or the daiquiri you actually wanted, made in small batches by hand in Memphis, the Bluff City. Where traditional meets healthy, now behind the bar.

Sweet and sour is the workhorse of the bar. Keep a bottle cold and you are a pour away from three classics. Here are easy ratios to start from, then adjust to taste.

Whiskey Sour
Two parts Sweet & Sour Blend to one part bourbon over ice. Stir, drop in a cherry, and you have the classic done clean.

Margarita
Salt the rim, then pour two parts mix to one part tequila over ice. The lime is already in the bottle, so all you add is the spirit.

Daiquiri
Two parts mix to one part white rum, shaken cold and strained. Skip the spirit entirely and it is a bright cooler for everyone.
